Corby is a decades-long resident of Connecticut and likes nothing more than spending time outside, working, and enjoying every season in the Northeast.

While focused on the financial services industry earlier in his career, Corby renovated and landscaped his own home in lower Fairfield County, always dreaming of a full-time chance to do the physical work he loves. Growing up, Corby lived on a 125-acre dairy farm building fences, bush hogging, cutting trees, planting and maintaining gardens, managing snow, and building and painting the farm’s buildings. With the July 2016 launch of The Grounds Guys of Southbury, his dream came true!

As a businessman, Corby has always been energized by solving new problems, managing multiple projects, and building a professional, talented team. Educating his customers on the most effective and cost-efficient ways to manage their properties is a priority. These values are proving valuable as The Grounds Guys of Southbury team expands to deliver high quality service and satisfaction throughout Woodbury, Southbury, Newtown, Sandy Hook, and Bethel areas.

Maggie is as captivated by being outdoors as Corby, and can often be seen riding shotgun in his truck around town, never wanting to miss an opportunity for fun. She keeps Corby company plowing snow late at night, and doing paperwork early in the morning.
