Hi! We are Thomas and Melissa Aguilar, owners of the Grounds Guys of Huber Heights! We’re delighted to bring The Grounds Guys family tradition of high standards and excellent quality customer care to our area, along with the eager helpers in our six (almost seven!) children Lydia, Daniel, Laura, David, Elena, and Elise. We have a tradition of serving our community, we love all things outdoors, and homeschool our six children. Thomas has a special interest and skill with tractors/equipment/small engines, and Melissa is a long-time gardener and lover of plants. We love how The Grounds Guys offers a great intersection of our interests, but more so how they provide property management uniquely focused on cultivating a specific culture of care- authentic care for each other and our customers. With the Grounds Guys excellent standards as our foundation, we’re embracing business ownership, community involvement, positive work culture, and hope to build something beautiful for our family and community. We’re honored to earn the trust of our customers and hope our authentic care for people and their outdoor spaces shines through.
