Mike is a devoted spouse and proud parent of three wonderful children and a grandfather to one girl and one boy. -

Brandon is an accomplished landscape business owner with over 10 years of experience in the industry as a business owner. Brandon combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver innovative landscape designs that enhance properties and provide lasting enjoyment.Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted spouse and proud parent of two children.Brandon enjoys spending time with family and coaching softball for his daughters travel team. -

My name is Scott Shields, and I'm a proud husband and father of seven wonderful kids. Since 2018, I have been immersed in the landscape industry, serving as a salesman at The Grounds Guys of Garner. I am passionate about providing exceptional service and helping clients bring their outdoor visions to life. When I'm not at work, I cherish spending quality time with my family and enjoying moments together. I also have a love for music and often unwind by playing my guitar. I believe in balancing work and family life, and I strive to make the most of every moment. -
Alyssa Rodriguez
Office Manager
Alyssa joined The Grounds of Garner in April 2021, shortly after completing her Associate’s degree at JCC. In her role, she adeptly manages payroll, handles customer calls, and oversees payments and invoicing. With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Alyssa ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her versatility and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team, and we are truly fortunate to have her on board. Alyssa is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both fields.
