The Installation Process
Once your hardscape design is reviewed and approved, we begin preparing the exterior of your business for installation. To get started, give us a call or request an estimate online, and we will schedule a mutually convenient in-person meeting with you.
Hardscape Install and Placement
We start the installation by preparing your property for the placement of hardscape material. Depending on the configuration of your property, some adjustments and/or changes to hardscape material may be necessary once they are set in place to accommodate the design.
In some cases, more prominent features like a boulder or wall may be moved slightly to make room for an existing structure. If any excavation is required, we utilize 811, the national call-before-you-dig phone number, prior to digging, cultivating, or tilling. We then note the location of utilities—wires, conductor lines, etc.—and mark them accordingly to avoid any damage or disruption in service.
Preparation and Installation
Once we have prepared the area and noted the location of utilities, the placement of hardscape material can begin. Your hardscape design specialist will provide you with a detailed timeline of your hardscape installation.
Post Installation
After finishing your installation, our installation professionals will perform a clean-up to ensure your property is left better than when we arrived. At this time, we will complete a site walkthrough with you to confirm our installation meets your expectations.
