Was able to resolve miscommunication with Grounds Guys Team. They were very responsive to our issues and concerns. I believe we have a positive path forward for continuing our relationship. Very greatly appreciate the care and concern over our issues. Given 2 quotes for mowing my property (less than 4 acres) at Cedar Creek Lake in June 2020: one for monthly charge for aweekly mow which was a little over $500 or an as-needed mow charge of approximately $240. In my discussion with Grounds Guy Office Manager, Robin, my understanding of as-needed would be when I decided it needed to be mowed but no more frequently than every 3 weeks or so as it is empty lots. I gave my credit card info and first mow was July 3. Job ok, very little edging, but better than we could do. Then I received an email with receipt for second mow around July 14. With tax, these charges exceed $250 per mow. I had not called or requested mow, but based on unusually wet season, I let it go. Then this week, I received yet a third receipt for another mow which I did not authorize. So I have paid over $750 to mow less than 4 acres in one 30-day period. When I called to challenge these charges and tried to tell Robin that I thought as-needed was going to be once every three or four weeks, she said I would have to talk to her estimator and get on a year-long plan where I would pay all year whether they mowed or not. This is completely different from the quotes I received in June. Estimator is supposed to call me back, but I am not sure what she can say to change this situation. I cannot afford $750 a month in mowing charges. I have no recourse now but to contest these charges on my credit card. Not happy.

This was no small job. The Ground Guys completely landscaped my front yard. They put in three flower beds that totaled 26 shrubs and ground cover. We had several discussions about what plants to use. Robin and April worked with me patiently and professionally during the entire process. The guys who did the actual work were polite, professional, helpful and did everything that I asked of them. I highly recommend them.
