Meet The Friendly Team at The Grounds Guys of Canton, OH

The Owners

Dan and Jamie Dycus are the proud owners of The Grounds Guys of Canton. CEO Dan may be the face of the company, but we all know who does the heavy lifting when it comes to the business. You will often find them working together to build and maintain the company. They started the company in 2003 with a little red truck in a single car garage and are consistently looking for ways to improve their customer’s experience. Dan and Jamie have two children; their daughter will be greeting you when you call our office, and their son will be found working hard on our crews.

Account Manager

Justin is a vital part of our operation and has multiple responsibilities including Sales and Production Manager of The Grounds Guys of Canton. He started working on the crews in 2012 and has worked his way into management. Justin and his wife, Samantha, are blessed with a beautiful daughter. Growing up in the south Justin has brought many hobbies with him to Stark County including fishing, hunting, and anything to do with mud including trucks, 4 wheelers, and RC’s. We have been very fortunate to have Justin a part of our team and the only issues we have is when him and Dan (owner) sneak away to go fishing instead of working!

Office Coordinator

Jackie Dycus-Fey will be greeting you when you call our office. She began working in the family business after graduating with a degree in Business Management. She and her husband have been married for five years and enjoys keeping busy outside in the sun. You will find them running, playing disc golf, and at lots of car shows.

Office Mouser

Adopted from a local rescue in Massillon, OH, Vinny spends his mornings watching the crews get ready, and explores the shop during the day. His performance for mousing is currently under review, as he has yet to produce results.
