Hello! I’m Kevin Murphy, owner of The Grounds Guys of Ballantyne. I’ve spent the last 25 years learning about excellence in customer service from great companies in corporate America. During my COVID-19 lockdown, I had more time to spend on my hobby of designing our landscaping. After careful introspection, with faith in God’s greater plan, I decided to combine those two and bring that excellent customer service training to the field of landscape management. I enjoy bringing the fantastic Grounds Guys standards and quality of customer service to the greater Ballantyne area. From our family to yours, we look forward to serving you! -

With 15 years of experience in customer service and five years in corporate training and development, Katherine brings a wealth of expertise and a customer-centric approach to The Grounds Guys of Ballantyne. Since joining the company in 2022, she has been committed to supporting its growth and success, while also valuing the personal connections she builds by assisting customers in any way she can. Outside of her professional life, Katherine is a proud mother to two young adults, a son and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband, cheering on her son at baseball games, and spending quality time with her family, her two dogs and their cat.
