Great experience from start to finish! Wanted to get bids from four companies for a sprinkler system. One company was able to give a bid without coming out by email. 2 companies made appointments but didn’t show up. John from Grounds Guys was right on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He Sent us a proposal that evening and we accepted. The actual installation went great. The workers were all very polite and hardworking. The sprinklers are working great and I would highly recommend this company!

I contacted The Ground Guys of Burleson for an estimate for a front flower bed and tree bed cleaning, shrub removal, and mulch replacement. The guys were very professional while at my residence. They handled the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend The Ground Guys of Burleson.

“UPDATE “ “After they reached out to me the grounds guys made arrangements to have the repairs fully completed at no cost to me”. Workers came out to my house. Did not repair the zone I called about. Then left. Rescheduled another guy to come out because the original guys could not locate the valve. Bad cell service led to miscommunication and I was not able to open the gate for second guy. He left. A week later I get a huge bill claiming they had come out and fixed “other things” but not the zone I called about. I asked what was fixed and what parts were used. They could not provide answers. They offered to reduce the bill by half……I said come out and show me the work. Point to it. Nothing had been done. Nothing repaired. I said I would not pay 1/2 of a job that was not done. Then they said ok. We will eat this bill. But claims they did the work I’m just not happy with it.

I had a very troublesome area in my yard. Grounds Guys created a beautiful and natural alternative. Staff was easy to work with and exhibited attention to detail. The expense was very reasonable.

I appreciate their expertise in knowledge of plants. I had some of my plants taken out due to the wrong placement in the sun and replaced with the perfect type of plant for that type of sun/shade. Outstanding Work!

Very professional and courteous to me and my property. The crew was here when scheduled and finished in a timely manner. Each was very helpful in answering questions and taking suggestions.
